Typhoon Jolina PAGASA UPDATE Posted: 30 Jul 2013 06:34 AM PDT Typhoon Jolina PAGASA UPDATE Before July ends another typhoon entered the Philippine area of responsibility, , se developed into a Tropical depression, the Tropical Depression is now called Typhoon Jolina. As of 4:00 p.m is now at 240 km West southwest of Subic Zambales with the maximum winds of 55 kph near the center, it is moving northwest at 11 kph, the typhoon is expected to be at 470 km west of Subic Zambales on Wednesday afternoon, and on Thursday afternoon will be 700 kms west of Dagupan city. So far no public storm warning signal has been issued, but authorities already warned the public of possible landslide and heavy rains.  Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 – 15 mm per hour (moderate – heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.

Angel Locsin Co-Host in “It’s Showtime” Posted: 27 Jul 2013 07:22 PM PDT Angel Locsin Co-Host in "It's Showtime" Angel Locsin the recently awarded actress by Yahoo OMG AWARDS, as the "Actress of the Year" has now a new gig, she will be joining the Kapamilya "It's Showtime", but only during Weekend (Saturday), Angel Locsin requested Jun Santiago that she just want to try it first as being a host, she just want to test it first if she might be able to be fond of being a host or not. This is the first hosting gig of Angel Locsin, she even asked the Madlang People to bear with her "First time kong mag-host ng isang TV program kaya please bear with me ha."  She debuted as being a first time host last July 27, 2013, and so far she is good with it, she receive positive reviews from Madlang people and fans of showtime, seems like if the madlang people will try to request her appearance more often it is just a matter of that Angel Locsin is a good addition to the Kapamilya "Its Showtime" noontime show as she do have a huge follower and fans, and of course it's a good move for the career of Angel Locsin to try and experience and different field making her a well rounded actress, not just pure acting. Angel Locsin is a serious actress a versatile one she can do heavy drama, action and comedy, she do have a "kalog" personality, and this is a good trait that she can used in the noontime show, and it will be good for "It's Showtime" to have a new host, a new face that will make them gain more audience and fans. This year the NNC Technical Committee released the Theme for the Nutrition month celebration the theme is "Gutom at Malnutrisyon, Sama-sama Nating Wakasan." This theme aims to: Increase awareness on hunger issues and actions that need to be done to mitigate hunger. Encourage government agencies, non-government organizations, private sector, civil society organizations, and communities to contribute to addressing hunger issues. Advocate for stronger political action to end hunger. This year's theme is really suited for Nutrition month theme, this is the right time for the government to start promoting the campaign to increase awareness especially for local governments to improve access to social services as well as the food safety and promotion of nutrition and reduce hunger through-out the country. The government right now is in the right way and the GDP is improving as well as the status of life of every Filipino, the government is capable right now to mobilize manpower and services to the public.

The NAPOLCOM exam was given last May 26, 2013, and it will be out in the next few weeks or so, the examination was given to Superintendent, Police Inspector, Senior Police Officer, Police Officer and PNP Entrance . Last examination there are more than 33,000 examinees who took the NAPOLCOM Exam given by the National Police Commission in key cities nationwide, at list 17 testing locations all over the country.
