Agusan Social Protection Program Launched

VERUELA, Agusan del Sur --- The Modified Conditional Cash Transfer (MCCT) for families in need of special protection was launched yesterday in this far-flung town.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is spearheading the implementation of its social protection programs, especially the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) as contribution to the government’s effort to meet the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
