| Bagyong Odette –PAGASA Update Storm Signals Posted: 16 Sep 2013 10:06 PM PDT Bagyong Odette –PAGASA Update Storm Signals Another Typhoon again entered the Philippine area of responsibility, the Typhoon is Odette, it is now a tropical storm and it is heading in the direction of Northern Luzon. The location of Bagyong Odette is at 820 km East of Tuguegarao City and with the maximum sustained winds of up to 65 kph. Bagyong Odette is expected to be 650 km East of Tuguegarao City on Wednesday morning and 210 j km East of Aparri Cagayan.So far only three provinces with a storm signal that is Calayan and Babuyan Group of Island and Cagayan. The Estimated rainfall amount is from 15 – 20 mm per hour and will enhance the Southwest Monsoon that will bring light to moderate rains and thunderstorms .
