If you are interested to file an application of Candidacy, the new period of filing of COCs in connection with the October 28, 2013 is on October 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17, 2013, from 8:00 o’clock in the morning up the o 5:00 in the afternoon each day. The filing of application is strictly until October 17, 2013 only as the campaign period will start on October 18, 2013. So for those who want to run for Brgy Captain, or Brgy. Kagawad please observed the schedule of Comelec as they will be very strict of their implementation procedure for the upcoming registration of COC for Brgy. Election as well as the campaign period.
