| Bagyong Wilma PAGASA Update Storm Signal Raised Posted: 03 Nov 2013 04:30 PM PST Bagyong Wilma PAGASA UpdateThe low pressure area outside Mindanao has developed into a Tropical Depression, the Tropical Depression is now called Typhoon WILMA. As of 5:00 a.m, the typhoon is now 180 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur and has the maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and moving West Northwest at 19kph. The Typhoon Wilma is expected to be 60 East of Dumaguete city and will be 80 km East of Puerto Princesa city on Wedenesday morning the Typhoon is expected to be 350 km West of Puerto Princensa on Thursday. Public storm signal number 1 has been declared in several provinces Surigao Del Norte, Siargao Island, Surigao Del Sur, Agusan Del Norte, Agusan Del Sur, Misamis Oriental and Camiguin . This provinces expect to have 30-60 kph winds, PAGASA advised to be vigilant and tune it for updates on the latest PAGASA weather updates. |
