'Salintubig' Project Benefits Tarlac Folk

 

SAN CLEMENTE, Tarlac – A potable water system supply grant dubbed by the national government as  “Sagana at Ligtas na Tubig Para sa Lahat (Salintubig)” will be  provided the municipality of Concepcion while  Local Governance Performance Management System (LGPMS) certificate of recognition will be given to Paniqui and San Clemente towns by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
