Several schools already decided to declare suspension of classes, in pre schools, others in all levels. As Bagyong Santi gain more speed and strong winds as of 11:00 P.M it has a maximum sustained winds of 105 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 135 kphas it headed to northern Luzon, according to PAGASA it will in the Philippine Area of responsibility until Sunday. Residents of in low lying and mountainous areas under signal #2 & #1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides so everyone is advised to be vigilant. Classes in certain levels in areas where storm signals are raised are automatically suspended.
