The news about the photo scandal about Coleen Garcia and Billy Crawford is now going viral on the net even thought there were no photos just some group photos of them somewhat sweet with each other, the topic and issue about kissing still is going viral online.

With the  very out of focus photo people are suggesting that they are kissing with each other even though that it is not, some people think that they are kissing and having a public display of affection with each other. The event happened in Bacolod and shows Coleen and Billy with each other somewhat having some fun, together with other unidentified people.
