Typhoon Isang PAGASA Update Posted: 15 Jul 2013 10:53 PM PDT Typhoon Isang PAGASA Update The tropical depression is now a Typhoon and it is heading north, the Typhoon called Typhoon Isang was estimated at 300 km East of Infanta Quezon as of 4:00 am with the maxum wind of 45 kph, the typhoon is expected to be in the vicinity of Isabela area around Thursday morning near 200 km northwest of Aparri Cagayan, and 500 km northwest of Aparri Cagayan on Friday morning. photo credit: pagasa Here are the provinces with Typhoon Signal, Kalinga, Apayao, Catanduanes and Polilo islands, Cagayan Provinces, Calayan, and Babuyan group of island. Isabela,Quirino,Aurora, Mt. Provinces, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra and Ifugao. There are already 6 flights cancelled going to Puerto Prinsesa Palawan due to poor visibility, the public are advise to be vigilant and prepare for possible floods in low lying areas and landslides for those who live near mountainous areas.
