Makati RTC – Janet Napoles should be Arrested

The Makati Regional Trial Court already think that there is a probable cause and issued an order that Janet Napoles should be arrested, the government also issued a hold departure order against her and his brother as investigation shows an overwhelming evidence that there is a corruption happened to the 10 billion pesos pork barrel funds.

The whistle blower Benhur Luy testified that Janet Napoles pocketed millions of pesos from the pork barrel funds and other law makers are also involved in the said scam, according to report, the law makers composed of congressmen and senators accepts kickback from the fund intended for the farmers and other government projects, but instead it was diverted to ghost project created allegedly by Janet Napoles in exchange for a kickback for the law makers.

The CBCP already called an independent investigation as well as other religious group in fear that the investigation will lead to nowhere as some people involved to the pork barrel scam are higher officials in the government. The people are asking why is it that the senate is reluctant to investigate the issue. If they can do it with Corona as well Garcia and of course the poor General Angelo Reyes, why is it that they are having a hard time doing it with Janet Napoles? Is it because the people involved in the pork barrel scam are also their friends and colleagues?
